Easy drinking without the spicy notes usually found in a Malbec. Has become one of my wife's favorite. — 9 years ago
Nice whimsical Chianti that paired well with our meal at Giacomo's on the North End in Boston. It was very smooth to drink with a nice acid balance for the food. Would not be my go to for everything but the price was very inexpensive for a meal wine. — 9 years ago
Rich and full bodied with a spicy finish. Perfect for pizza or barbecue. — 7 years ago
Our favorite Malbec, much deeper, fuller flavors compared to the non-Reserve offering from Gascon. Pairs well with beef or just by itself, however dark chocolate thinned the flavor. — 9 years ago
Paired beautifully with red sauced pasta. It was a bit too acidic by itself. Very soft tannins made this a light bodied Sangiovese based Super Tuscan easy to enjoy accompanying an Italian meal for me. — 9 years ago
Excellent red blend from Columbia Valley. It has the body of a Syrah but drinks like a Merlot. Love it. — 8 years ago
Not too sweet, not too dry and goes down very smoothly. Nice fruit flavors start to finish. Enjoyed this wine very much with Sardinian food. — 9 years ago
Very light bodied Cab that doesn't have many complex flavors. The nose is promising with a fairly prominent fruity bouquet and first taste is very light but with not much finish. It is not as dry as most Cab's, which is ok with me. Unfortunately the flavors softened with my steak and mushroom meal rather than complimenting it. Bottom line, for me this was a better drinking Cab than meal accompaniment, and I usually go for Merlot or Pinot for that. — 9 years ago

A surprise find from western NC. The blend is very fruity yet rich like a Cabernet. Definitely full bodied, not light like a Pinot. A new favorite. — 7 years ago
