It is a wine with an intense aromas and flavors, citrusy, with white flowers and a saline-like dry finish. Best with seafood. — 9 years ago
Made from the Montepulciano grape, it should not be confused with Tuscany’s Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, which is produced in a different region and primarily made from Sangiovese grape. Really less expensive than Sangiovese, this botte is food-friendly, easy-drinking, high value, making it an ideal wine for a mixed grill or pot of chili on a winter night. — 9 years ago
