Cherry, raspberry, and cedar -- w/tobacco and leather after it opens up -- low acidity and medium bodied; takes a bit to open up. Fruity enough for an easy drink, but not earthy enough to feel properly reminiscent of the Willamette region. At 15$ it's a solid buy for a diverse crowd. Paired well with my three mushroom (morel, trumpet, portabella), kale, and squid ink pasta. — 9 years ago
