Beautiful clear deep ruby/purple color. Nice bouquet of ripe berries especially blackberries and cherries hints of cocoa and vanilla on the nose. Full bodied wine with a surprising variety of fruits – blackberry, cherry, and all kind of other berries on the palate. Complex with good balanced acidity/tannins and a good story at the finish. — 12 years ago

This is a wine rich and full of aromas of blackberry and cherry with hints of chocolate. Medium bodied with a convincing structure developing good fruit variety – again berries and cherries - and pleasant balanced oak on the palate. Moderate acidity and tannins before a finish of good length. A good made Merlot also by international standards.
