2012: I found it jammy and flat...cliff-edge body, no roundness nor shape. Had some plummy blackberry fruit but I'm gonna ask WSJ/Virgin wine club for a refund. — 10 years ago

2009: great dry creek aroma, an earthy, shale type of dusty-ness...big black fruits on the palate, slight floral aroma. Hot with 14.5 alcohol. Round tannins with oak aging, good length. — 10 years ago
