At first pass, I found this slightly tight and delicate ( almost flat ?) in taste and smell. The high acidity is well hidden and. It noticeable. Darker brown edge with purple hues and long legs. I did not get a fruit bomb as others did, perhaps my food pairing overpowered the wine. This wine opened up with the hour and the fruit became more forward on the palate. Strawberry with tart black cherry towards finish. — 8 years ago
