This is one of my favorite wines in the price range. Fruit forward, full bodied and dry with distinct aromas of black cherries combined with light spices. This is a big wine cellared by 90+, a company that has proved it can make everyday wines into something a little more complex. — 9 years ago
Medium bodied, velvety and smooth. Subtle notes of bing cherry and raspberries on the palate. Raspberry reduction on the nose. This wine is young and needs time to breathe before drinking. Soft lingering finish. Great valued table blend pairs well with most foods. — 9 years ago
Rich, bold, lush and juicy. Orin Swift wines never cease to amaze me. The second it hits the tongue, aromas of rich dark fruits take over. After swallowing, the robust layers of flavor linger on the palate as the extremely soft tannins draw the moisture from my mouth. Absolutely amazing wine produced by one of the best winemakers out there. — 9 years ago
Light spices, medium bodied, soft and lush mouthfeel. Aromas of ripened raspberries and freshly picked bing cherry surround all tastebuds while the taste of freshly cracked peppercorns dance across the palate from front to back. Currently enjoying a glass with my dog because I don't have very many friends. — 9 years ago
Earthy, dry, medium to full bodied. This wine has distinct notes of black fruits, seasoned leather and stone water. A Lush and smooth mouthfeel is what makes this wine so easily drinkable/pair-able. — 9 years ago

Lighter then expected, dark fruits on the palate, strong oak scent on the nose. Notes of pomegranate, blackberry and cassis on the mid-palate but with an overpowering hint of toasted oak. Imagine taking a sip of decent Cabernet, but then washing it down by chewing on a piece of wood. That is what I imagine while drinking this wine. — 9 years ago
