Very foo functional and straight ahead. Yeasty orange and green apple (not very tart though) with a very subtle spice note. It had a mild sweetness upfront which made me think it would be a good first course casual sparkling. I ate it with with green beans and whole trout and it was a good combo.

Antonopoulos Dry Moschofilero 2018
First exspiriance with Mochofilero and a pleasant one. Pale yellow color with a stong nose of lychee and lavender/rose potpourri. On the pallet, first hits with a slight sweetness of white peach and then blossoms into myer lemon with a medium finish that balances the two flavors.
