2014 Caymus Cab; it's hard to come back down from the Special Selection but if anyone can do it it's Caymus. The younger, non SS vintage is still a masterpiece. Very fruity, not as full bodied, not as vanilla and molasses flavored as the SS. Mouthfeel is a little more dry as well. Again a solid bottle. — 8 years ago
I like it. I'm not crazy about it. It's bitter, cocoa flavor pops with a very subtle cherry oak. Good for the price but not an ideal Pinot from Ore. — 8 years ago
I really enjoyed this bottle, excellent paired with seafood pasta or any shellfish in general. Soft Mellon taste with a slightly acidic feel. Very aromatic. Also a very peachy, drupe inspired after taste. Overall good stuff especially for the price. — 8 years ago
Delicious, full bodied, sweet notes of berries and a natural vanilla follow up with cherries. — 8 years ago
Pretty cut and dry Cab here. I'd say it's on the dryer side, not as complex but good. Mid fruitiness nothing overly sweet. I'd imagine it's best aged a bit, it's a little acidic young. — 8 years ago
Not as dry as most of the Napa Cab's, fruity at first and but grows into a subtle fruitiness. Very woody, oak, sandalwood. Lots of ripe spice in this wine. — 8 years ago
Super full bodied, dark, drupe undertones with a complex cherry taste and smooth dry mouth feel and after taste. I also have had a 2014 and have a 2010 that's been sitting. We will see how the flavor ages at a later date. — 8 years ago

Very fruity, medium body, sweet oaks, heavy tannins hit you initially with a smoky finish. Overall it's a solid bottle. It's similar to Caymus but not quite comparable. — 8 years ago
