We bought this Wine in France from the Chateau during a wine sale at a local shopping centre, we just had it with Venison and can only say it was perfect, very robust but not overpowering the strong game meat that is Venison.

Thus is a cracker of a wine from a small grower who is connected to a local wine school , strong robust and bursting with flavour we had it with Chicken & ham and it was perfect, we didn't know what to expect when we opened it but if you can get your hands on a case get Two — 10 years ago
