Look of deep gold, low viscosity. Smell of grass, citrus, lime. Taste medium acidic, citrus/lime, medium dry. Average value for a $15 bottle. — 7 years ago
Best of both worlds: a bit peppery with a light tannin dryness from the Cabernet Sauvignon, red fruit and buttery smoothness from the merlot. Really enjoyed this one. — 7 years ago

Very sweet blend of sémillon and muscadelle. Bright/light, medium to light bodied with heavy apple and pear tastes and very slight citrus taste. Good for dessert pairing. — 7 years ago
Full bodied Syrah but well balanced by the Ganache. Peppery, spicy, followed by notes of blueberry and a floral aftertaste. — 7 years ago

Hint of cranberry and slightly buttery. Heavier on the tannins and more acidic than other Pinot Noirs. More character and less drinkability than many middle of the road Pinot Noirs. — 7 years ago
