Everything you want in a richer-style CdP: extraction, concentration, medium-high/high alcohol, herbs. Lacking some of the terroir driven delicacy of others, but this is sure to please New World palates. Plus the dude prints Braille on every single wine he produces (or to which he appends his name). That's pretty damn badass if you ask me. Which you didn't but let's not get bogged down in details. — 11 years ago

There was some talk of "passed" and "declining" but I say Nay. Beautiful, raisinated, lovely weight, acidity intact, sensual. I had the wrong food (Radek at l'Atelier arrived after we had started eating, and then sprung this on us mid-meal -- yeah, boo-hoo) but it hardly mattered, honestly. — 11 years ago
