This wine has an amazing way of tantalizing your taste buds through different parts of one meal. We enjoyed it with a shell steak coupled with sweet onions and baby portabella mushrooms all cooked separately. The steak was grilled. With the meat alone the wine had a fruity taste with a robust oak finish. With the meat and onions it fulfilled a vibrant fruit taste with a tender oak finish. With the mushrooms it was sweeter and finished with a mild woodsy finish. For you Cilantro lovers try a piece of cilantro then the wine. Too good to describe kind of like having a cilantro wine! — 10 years ago
