2014 Reserve Merlot. Cutchogue NY. Dense and balanced. 2014 was a standout year for LI merlot and this puts an exclamation point on it. Fresh black berries, a hint of mint, and a slightly herbal finish. Well balanced and aging beautifully. Pretty close to it’s peak. — 9 days ago

Bright red fruits on the nose, and it follows on the palate. There’s a seriously structured core under there, with hints of vanilla and spice. 2011 vintage is at it’s prime now, and could be ideal for another 2-3 years. Just an outstandingly made wine. — 2 months ago
