Castelmaure , grande cuvée , 2011 I v been looking for this one for 6 years!! Finally had it in a Resto .in Massawipi , QC . - one of the great prod. Of corbière , this is there 2nd wine. Nice sweetness, med- bodied, soft tanns, good layers of black licorice , cherry , finishes on the palate, with minty freshness! Just love , the balance...on the down side, only available through private imp... :( but I have a case!!! Domage! — 11 years ago
