Lovely subtle nose. Honey, honeydew, rose, cherry, white peach. Medium body. Off dry. Light acid. Light linger. What you want from a Rose in the summer. Would be overpowered by many dishes - best to drink alone 😉 — 8 years ago

For the small batch white. Nose is beautiful. Peach, lilac, creme brûlée. Medium body. Off dry. Acidic. Taste the oak but not heavily tannic. Long lasting. Would be good with alfredo, salmon, heavy fat. — 8 years ago
