No trace of a hangover like the other oranics/naturals. Lot of mouthy bite/zing/dryness that was less positive with this meal. Paired with Provençal chicken thighs, green beans, and baby potatoes in cast iron plus winter apple fennel slaw salad. Probably better with a pizza. Should’ve known not to go Italian with French food. — 4 months ago
