Smoked meats is an understatement. 10 years later this smells like beef jerky with dark dark, dried fruit. Tastes the same, with round, milky mouth feels. Delicious and wonderful. Everything I love about red wine. Pair with The Fifth Element, and your love. — 7 years ago
Really subtle wine. Pineapple and floral notes on the nose, with some lovely acidity. Easy drinking. — 7 years ago
Lovely bubbles for boyfriend’s birthday. A hint of brioche up front, with solid tropical fruit in the middle, rounding off with a medium body and tiny bubbles. The perfect finish. — 7 years ago
Baking spices, smoked meats, and raspberry syrup greet your olfactory senses with this unique GSM blend with Mourvèdre being the star grape, employing Grenache and Syrah as back up singers. Lovely tannins with smoked meats and soft red fruit leave your mouth mid palate, but it’s kind of nice. Enjoy with a home cooked meal after a day of hangover recovery. — 7 years ago
On the nose there is bacon fat, blistered shishito peppers, ready-to-pop juicy ripe raspberries, a bit of rubber, and tons of smoke. Dark berries, and cigar box and sweet, caramelized meats on the palette. Enjoyed I️t slightly cool after some brut bubbles for date night. Smoke on this level is why I️ drink Shiraz. — 7 years ago
Meyer lemon, slate, honey suckle, waxy on the nose. Slate, bright citrus, and yeast linger on the palate. Comforting bubbles warm your mouth, and the citrus is bright. I love this champagne for its complexity and lasting finish. The BEST for the start of date night and spicy foods. — 7 years ago
