Very minerally with a bit of soil. I can't remember how much I paid for this but if it was less than 15 I might buy a case. As my friend might say, a "dirty white wine". A compliment from me, insult for him. — 7 years ago
Pear with a touch of amaretto and apple. A little too sweet for me but for $8 at the local TJs, not bad. — 7 years ago
This needs to breathe. At first I thought this wine sucked but now I taste the brilliance. Floral with some peach, honeysuckle, and candied lemon thingys. Yeah I said thingy, deal with it. If dessert wine made love to a dry white wine and had a predominantly dry white wine baby, that's this. — 7 years ago
This was ALMOST what I was looking for. Had a lot of oak (vanilla) but not the level of funky yeast notes from a jura chardonnay that I had previously had. Reminded me too much of an california chard to ever buy again. Still was delicious, just not for me. — 7 years ago
This is how chardonnay aught to taste. French chard ftw! — 7 years ago
Bretty white grape juice with pineapple and a hint of peach. Bit of tropical funk on the nose. This tastes like a watered down island cocktail in the best way. Too bad summers over... — 7 years ago
connor had this 10 years ago

Very uncharacteristic of the sav blanc I have had from NZ. Very minerally. I don't like NZ sav blanc so this is refreshing but won't revisit. — 7 years ago
