Meh. Too much alcohol on the pallet and nothing interesting going on. It may just still be too young, but it doesn't really seem like it. — 8 years ago
Very drinkable, if a little young. A lot of oak. The zin is the jammy end of things, but is balanced into the blend, so it's not over the top. Probably will be better in another 3-4 years. — 9 years ago
Perfectly balanced and ready to drink. — 8 years ago
Very mild tannins for a Rioja, but for a 2004 this is an incredible value and very drinkable. — 9 years ago
Very drinkable, if light, Rioja. — 9 years ago
Still very young, so it's lacking. Little body and complexity, but a very drinkable table wine. And at $25 restaurant price, that works. — 10 years ago
Very drinkable at this age. Very fruit forward; almost jammy. — 8 years ago
Genuinely "black currant" — clearly the most present fruit in this wine and the first time I've really tasted it clearly. Mild tannins. Probably can age a few years, but quite drinkable now. — 9 years ago
Not very exciting, but an extremely drinkable table wine, and an incredible value. — 9 years ago
