Domaine de la Colombette
Notorious Pink Grenache Rosé
Pale, delicate blush coloring. The nose reminds me of grapefruit shandy in a good way. Good amount of acidity. Less fruity than you might expect. I get a lot of mineral characteristics and the fruit I get is all citrus - grapefruit, yuzu, maybe orange zest? I’m not as good at picking up floral aroma and flavor, but I think I’d say I get a little bit of honeysuckle. Definitely drinkable. I’m partial to Granache in general and I think it makes an awesome rosé. — 6 years ago
