2016 started out like hell but finished like heaven. The level of acidity is actually very decent but it is tartaric acid and ph levels are quite low. These wines will need time but I find them in no way inferior to the 2015s which is widely recognized as a glorious year for German Rieslings. All of the top cuvees of Keller will need time in general and especially for the 2016. Tough to resist opening one from time to time.
