Private Selection Aged 2 Months Bourbon Barrels Monterey County Chardonnay 2015
On the first sip, I’ve got to be honest I wasn’t really all that into it. Aged two months in bourbon barrels, I could definitely get that hint of bourbon. Definitely some new to try. After putting it away for a day and bringing it back our, I’ve got to say that I like it more in day two than when I originally uncorked. Overall, not the greatest I’ve had, but definitely not nearly the worst either. A great “middle of the road” Chardonnay. — 6 years ago

Clean and crisp Chardonnay. You can definitely get a nice taste of green apples. Sits very well on the palate!
