Very deep Cab, astringency is very prevalent, a bit too bitter for my taste although I do prefer Pinot noir's. A subtle vanilla note, black berries much stronger than the dessert notes. Dry finish, much better after it opened up. Overall not my preferred cab. — 10 years ago
