Good Chardonnay, highly acidic upon first taste. Enjoyed with oysters and ceviche. The oysters balanced the acidity creating a warm buttery feel on the the pallet. Give it a 10 with the oysters. Highly recommend with fish or a citrusy dish. Enjoy! — 8 years ago
