Grapefruit, soft stone fruit, slightly acidic at first but quickly gives way to sweet fruity notes. Not as “cat-pee” as a lot of NZ Sauv Blancs. Very balanced and refreshing. — 4 years ago
Aromatic & complex, surprisingly acidic on the finish. Good food wine. This wine would pair well with a sweeter, heavier dish. The acid would cut through any fattiness, and the aromatics would compliment any sweetness. — 9 years ago
