Interesting! Lacking in the mid-palate but good- dry w salinity but oaky w fungal notes in the back palate to round it out. Good summer food wine. — 10 years ago
2017. Young, but still loved it. It did not drink like a “light” wine. Pungent and bretty, deep and round, almond and burnt cherry, sour, and mineraly soil. Chewy food wine. — 6 years ago
Dense and jammy right out the bottle, but disintegrates over time- a day later the fruit was more delicate and structure was slackening. Quite delicious to share over dinner though. — 9 years ago

Bayta
2016- lush and jammy hut with leather and spice. Good tannins and notes if anise and nutmeg, and a little woody. Really wonderful with mushrooms and grilled meats. Would prefer to give it another few years, but delectable right now. — 6 years ago
