I bought this because I knew the varietal from work and the label was gorgeous. This wine is delicious. I decanted it before drinking. Quite full, notes of prunes and other dried dark fruits and very little tannins. I drank it with strawberries, which really brought out the flavors. This would also be great with red meat.
