Walker Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2014
Good nose with tones of lemon. Crisp and clean with subtle hints of nettles and gooseberry. Lingers nicely on the palate with a final flourish of a bitter apple like a Granny Smith. Rather similar to a classic Martinborough Sauvignon Blanc but lacking the depth. Definitely worth the money — 9 years ago

Slightly tannic on the nose. Packed with red berries with a slightly sharp initial taste but a chocolate smooth aftertaste. I aerated my second bottle and it was even better. — 8 years ago
