A phenomenal alternative to an expensive amarone. It doesn't need to decant, just a touch sweeter than a classic amarone. Delicious. Cherry and smoked wood. Light tannins. High drinkability 😉 — 8 years ago
Super tasty Lambrusco, serve chilled, great with pizza at 2Amy's 😉 — 9 years ago
Beautiful wine! Almost has an orange hint to it, very refreshing and full of sweetness yet dry to finish — 10 years ago
Wonderful pear notes, not overwhelmingly sweet. Funky dry and crisp finish. Delicious and not too heavy. — 8 years ago
Why is the lowest rating a 6.1?! I've never dumped a bottle of wine out that hadn't gone bad. Sickeningly sweet, disgustingly thin, horrible flavors. Cool bottle though! — 8 years ago
Beautiful rose, floral, barnyard, medium dry, crisp acidity, funky. Cayuga and Frontenac grapes. — 8 years ago
Candied cherry on the nose alongside blueberry and heavy jam notes. Plum and ripe red cherries on the palate, rich sweetness with semi dry finish. Almost no discernible acidity.
As a lover of Italian reds, this has far too much California jammy sweetness for me, but for the inexperienced wine drinker its quite tasty! — 8 years ago
Smooth, sweet, almost like a port wine, with hints of chocolate and fig and pecans.. Yum! — 9 years ago
