If you're not familiar with Adams Bench, you should be.
This bottle specifically needed a lot of air time. Decanted briefly before pouring, I left it in the glass and swirled often for about 10 minutes before the wine opened up. Unfiltered, there was quite a bit of sediment in the bottle, decanter, and the glass. Paired very well with the short ribs and braised pork on the table. — 7 years ago

Oh my. I love this wine. Nose of strawberry cake and toasted marshmallows. Herbaceous mouthfeel and strawberry jam. Not a super long finish but that's ok as you'll be headed right back to the glass because it's just that good! — 7 years ago
