Watch out Napa. Watch out France. Watch out Tuscany. Australia has arrived on the scene. This exotic red from Oceania has the ‘roos hopping. Fruit on the front, spicy on the back. Hint of crustacean in the middle. Pairs excellent with a fresh Bloomin’ Onion when you’re out of Fosters. Always have one or two on hand for rugby Sunday’s. — 7 years ago
Executive Summary: a bit fruity for my palate but otherwise great value at the price point. Heavy on the cherry, with quick teases of tannins and volcanic soil. Traditional yet contemporary. — 8 years ago
Hi Adam. It's funny that you mention volcanic soil in this wine review. I was ironically Mount St Helens'ing my toilet yesterday due to some bad Buffalo wings. I will have to give this one a shot.
