Classic German spatlese, excellent balance, just the right amount of petrol on the palette. — 10 years ago
Dark and brooding for a Pinot. Rich and elegant, with tannin blending seamlessly behind a solid wall of fruit. I don't think this will age long, but that's alright with me because it is lovely right now. — 10 years ago
Delicious stuff. A touch of sweetness, so it won't be everyone's cup of tea. However, if you enjoy German spatlese, and want to try something from a different region, I highly recommend it. — 10 years ago

Really impressive. So focused, with a core of red and blue fruit, with a tannic backbone that doesn't disrupt the overall harmony of this wine. I think it can last a number of years, but I cannot see it improving upon where it is right now. Hard for me to say it at this price point, but I would definitely purchase again. — 9 years ago
