A beautiful pink colored rose made out of a rare grape prieto picudo. The rose is made by leaving grape skin overnight with the mash resulting a beautiful hue. On the nose this has sour cherry, lychee, thyme and banana and on palate it has brine, green apple, peach and lemon juice. Pair with semi rich dishes and cured meat. Medium - acidity. — 6 years ago

A beautiful Syrah in classic Rhône style with red pepper, caramelized onions, Dijon mustard and dark plum on the nose with dried plums, licorice, tamarind and red pepper, caramelized onions and charred okra.
