Talking seriously, Crystal is hybrid (Amursky x Challotsi Lajos) x Villard Blanc. Grown on unique terroir of Tamagne peninsula, where Azov and Black seas met.
Accessible, well-made, yet not that eloquent.
Pale straw yellow.
Subtle nose of apple, apricot, peach, white plum, meadow flowers and some baked spices.
Light+ body with noticeable acidity and delicate bitterness. White grapefruit, white currant, white plum flavors. Trace of butter.
Finish is medium, with clear white grapefruit peels.
Was paired ok my flounder baked in salt.
