Samuel's Collection Barossa Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

A little overly acidic and stronger tannins than I prefer, though it softened with oxidation and was a little better with fats, though was unbelievably softer after a chocolate, lava and icecream pudding... though still not a strong contender for a favourite.
