This is the flagship of the Woodchester Vineyard. Similar to the standard Bacchus except for the terroir and the 100% whole bunch. Same tropical fruits with elderflower. I actually preferred the standard Bacchus but this was an excellent tasting particularly with their still whites. 2/3 of the wine made in the UK is Sparkling. I wish Woodchester every success with their business.
