Jan 12th, 2020Definitely dark, inky, full bodied. Not one of my favorite Bordeaux blends. Aerate for at least an hour and pour into a carafe. There is a heavy alcohol taste until you aerate. Once that taste is gone, it is fruit forward. Dark berries such as blackberry. Not very structured. The tannins are soft. Some spices. Maybe black olives. Chemical, slightly pungent and oxidized.
