This white could be a 9 but the after taste keeps it from 9. It has a digestive-like initial taste and a green apple head note which really play well together. However, the after taste is quite medicinal which keeps it from going above 9. Overall it is a nice white perfect for social situations, milder seafood and fatier fish.
