Animus Vinho Verde Branco White Wine

Light, dry, very fresh and delicate. A good barbecue wine, easy drinking. Aldi €6.99 bargain.

An inexpensive fun summer wine, a bit of sparkle.

Monterey Market. Effervescent and lively, but smooth. Incredible.

Best of the not quite best I've had yet.

Slightly sweet, citrusy and effervescent. Brings me back to Portugal.

Surprisingly fresh and tangy. Musty nose initially put me off, but this is a lovely wine with Meyer lemon and green apricot notes
