Smokey but at the same time floral with dried rose petal, Hoi-sin and bbq burnt ends with smoked hickory bbq sauce. In the mouth there is still plenty of acidity on the mouth, also a very lovely richness throughout and notes of dried strawberry, red currant that is full but fresh and still vibrant with that smoky, sweet charred note. Incredibly long length and an absolute pleasure to drink. The last glass was the greatest and this throws serious sediment so a decant is needed.
