A lighter traditional style of Amarone. There was some savory smokiness to this as well...atypical but nice with osso bucco. Not imported to the US as far as I know.

[Vintage 2003] Eat your heart out Americans! As good an Amarone as you'll find, but you can't find it stateside. Bringing some home to the Meyer family cellars...scheduling tastings after 2017 or so! Thank you Signore Rinaldi for the brilliant tour and afternoon of exploration of Veneto viticulture!!
