After 18 months in barriques 50% new and 50% used, there are noticeable hints of oak taste, but very well balanced and not overwhelming the wine. Very good indeed at a good price: €30.

Saw the other note about Big Top— this bottle also from Big Top some years ago for $6. It started out rough, but after 30-40 minutes it’s pretty darn amazing.
