Monte Tombole Valpolicella Superiore Corvina Blend

Much better second time after cellaring it for over a year. Wish I had another bottle to open in a year.

Really good, fruity and long.

An "authentic" Valpolicella Superiore. No half-dried grapes, no new oak, no sugar. Traditional blend of corvina, corvinone, rondinella, molinara, fruity of cherries, a touch of black pepper, floreal of violet. In mouth: cocoa, coffe powder, cherries.

Another real "Superiore", from the Cru Monte Tombole, 12 months aging in old barriques. Excellent result!

Corvina, corvinone, rondinella, molinara. Mix of soils. Aged in French barrique for 12 months. Chocolate, cherries, coffee powdre, long and crispy. 8€ in cellar

Red fruits, cherries, raspberry jam... yet not too sweet. Very smooth and easy to drink.
