Pours garnet in color. Fresh cracked black pepper in your face followed by ripe fruit cinnamon and clove. The pepper moves to the background in flavors and dark berry followed by a hint of toast. This is a big wine. It is hot with a medium body and a very long finish. Heat mellows after decanting.
