The Relic Shiraz Blend

WEA tasting. 1% Viognier but I’m not intense enough to tell. Smells almost creamier/ more subtle, not crazy tannins. Mala pepper. Blackberries/ black fruit

I like the added viognier very much. For me it makes the Square Shiraz a bit rounder. Softer as you like.

Probably suffered a bit vs the other wines on the table

Well balanced structure sweet dark berries with extra velvety tannin. Absolutely buy it again.

opaque purple perfumed expressive menthol cassis black plum. on palate it has cola coffee perfumed earl grey black tea torrefaction. full body med plus acid. not too jammy balanced. med plus tannin. intense eucalyptuse.

2007. Standish style stuff. Fat but absolutely not greasy. Drink.
