This small winery was founded by a brave young woman at the age of 25 in 2005, who tragically passed away in 2017, survived by her husband and 2 daughters. For the superiore, the grapes were dried for 20 days. 36 months in large oak barrel and 12 month in bottle before release. About 3500 bottles made.
