For what seems to be factory level output, not bad at all.
Bitter cherry medicine cough syrup on the nose. Cocoa, asphalt, black. I dig.
On the palate, Cherries, Amarena Cherries in bitter syrup. Quite addictive.
Cocoa repeats on the finish, nicely done.
A nice treat when it has snowed.

Day 2: Even more bitter/grippy.
Kept in fridge overnight w rubber stopper.
