Grabbed this wine for Christmas wine and cheese. Nice straw color, aroma is up front with minerality and earthiness but has delicate floral and pear/apple undertones. Flavor is delicate citrus, apple blossoms, and hay balanced with a soft acidity. Overall a nice delicate wine that probably doesn't pair well bar cheese and summer sausage but drinks nicely on its own. Would buy again.
