Super tasty cab sauv-Sangiovese blend. The best of both grapes. Really fruity up front but finishes like a California cab, dry and full bodied. Had with filet mignon for thanksgiving. A pricier bottle (~$55) but worth it for a special occasion.

The worst wine I ever drank in my life. No underlying hints of anything other than leather and dirt, with a highly bitter aftertaste. Can't believe I let the wine shop Stewart talk me into buying this crap.

This was a tough nut to crack. Had it over three days, and the 70/30 split of Cab and Sangiovese just never really came together.

Loved this Super Tuscan Red Blend. 70% Cabernet and 30% Sangiovese. Licorice, cassis and cherry with a nice finish.

Feb 2nd, 2016Bold 2008 vintage. Very well done nice earthiness to this Tuscan blend. Would pair nicely with any red sauce, but I would choose to put this next to a bold arrabiatta.
